We can't praise him enough for all the work he did. He was always there when you looked around to see if the photographer or videographer was getting those special moments. He was very professional and great to work with.
When my daughters are ready to get married I will be using the services of Cimo Productions for the wedding video. By the way his website is www.cimoproductions.com

Eternity Photo at the Bridal Mall=Bad...

My sister was getting married in April and she changed the date of the wedding. The photographer she had originally wanted was available for the later date. So, she went to the back up photographer and asked for a portion of her deposit back. The photographer agreed since this was January and he had 4 months to find a replacement wedding for that weekend. It sounded like all was well. She called to set up a time to get her portion of the deposit back. He answered and upon hearing who it was, his phone mysteriously lost connection, repeatedly. This was frustrating enough, so she decided to go to the Bridal Connection Mall and talk to him face to face. He acted like she wasn't even there and continued with his own work on the computer even though she was sitting right in front of him. This was no way for him to treat a paying customer. When he acknowledged her, he said he'd have the money to her by Monday. She came back Monday and went through the same treatment. He then added the stipulation that he'd give her the entire deposit back if she got one of her friends to use him as a photographer. She declined, unwilling to subject her friends to this treatment he was giving her. He then put off the payment till last Saturday. She was sick of the way he treated her, so she sat there and refused to leave until he gave her the money he had verbally promised. He refused to put anything in writing or deal with anyone else on this issue. He was very rude to her and said she needed to leave because he had a job to go to. He'd have the money for her to pick up on Tuesday. She said she'd be willing to follow him to the job and wait till he was done for the payment, but she wanted it that day and didn't want to be put off again. His next course of action was to call the Bellaire police to have her removed from the Bridal Connection Mall. When the cop got there, he said she should take him to small claims court, but didn't remove her because she wasn't doing anything wrong. The entire time, she remained calm and professional in lieu of the unprofessionalism she was dealing with.
She also told the employees of the Bridal Connection Mall about the issue. They said there was nothing they could do because the individuals were not affiliated with them directly and they were not liable for the actions of the independent contractors. She told them that the unprofessional actions of their contractors reflected poorly on the Mall as a whole. They seemed unconcerned.
She ended up leaving and Tuesday, our father went over to collect the check. Mr. Truong's tune completely changed. He gave our father the refund immediately in addition to a picture frame.
I wanted to relay her experience with Mr. Truong of Eternity Photo and the Bridal Connection Mall to avoid any problems for other future brides. I also wanted to see if anyone else had issues or good experiences with either of these businesses.
location for engagement pictures

Any ideas of a neat place around Houston to take fun engagement pictures? I am looking for something unique but not too wild I guess.

Studio Milano, missing wedding pictures

I booked them for my wedding and when I got my CD's with the pictures I was missing shots of the dinner, toast, first dance, father/daughter dance, cake cutting, and the dancing in between those times. I told my photographer at soon as I was aware of the problem. I was lied to for 6 months! He told me over and over, I'm working on it. I'm getting it fixed. He was supposed to get everything scanned and never did. I called one day and the owner answered and I told him what was going on. He did try to fix it right away, but his attitude was very poor. Needless to say, my pictures are no where to be found! I'm missing half of my wedding, a bride's worst nightmare. Things are still not fixed and my wedding was 8 months ago! I would not recommend this company to anyone! Stay away!

Photographer

Can any one suggest a good photographer? I've looked into a few companies that are posted on this website; but would rather use someone who is recommended by another bride and not just draw a name from a hat. Thanks!
